Great location and clean

Great location and it was clean. Very large room.

We waited over an hour for someone to come to check us into our room despite me calling 3 people multiple times, them telling me 5 minutes and never showing up.

What would you highlight about Casa Parota Boutique Hotel

Great house and room but I recommend to pay a bit more for the large & quiet rooms.

The second room I had was very spacious with a nice terrace, facing the quiet side of the building.

There is one street facing room that I initially booked but I did not like it because of of the street noise and the disconnected bathroom (it’s private but you have to leave your room to get to it with a key).

Our best boutique hotel experience yet!

Amazing house with an enormous room and bathroom. Although the house was shared with others, we almost always had the common spaces to ourselves. Beautiful decoration. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, probably the best one we've ever had while traveling. It really felt like a home away from home, and the daily cleaning made it even better. Wifi was also perfect.

Location and style were good.

Location and style were good. Since it's more like a flat, the kitchen and living room were shared; kitchen equipment was useful and clean. Security doors are good.

There is no reception at the entrance, you will need to call, wait and get in. The breakfast included was poor and bad; it was only a couple of slices of fruit; the orange juice was not even fresh and natural, the childrens are not included in the breakfast. We didn't went back at their restaurant for breakfast after the fist day.

It was beautiful and really comfortable.

It was beautiful and really comfortable. It was just off the main center. Very convenient.

No parking. Busy street. We used a great Uber driver but had to park in the middle of the street. Not really anything bad about the property.

pleasant stay, close to town plaza and transportation

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated spacious room. Excellent well-appointed communal kitchen w/ good appliances, good security as rooms have combination #s for entry, no keys.

No outside sign, just a small sign on the door at the top of the stairs with 2 phone numbers that you have to call to have someone come and let you in as there is no reception, we waited almost an hour after 2 phone calls, if you don't have a phone or a Mexican cell it's stressful after a long day of travel, very noisy corner as it is right by the the bridge into town lined with kiosks and a main taxi stand, and this was Sept before tourist season really gets going.

Close to the centrum and beach

A lot of space, big room and bathroom, huge common kitchen. Nice style.

Check-in is very late, from 3pm. There is no presonel nor reception. You must call somebody and he comes in few minutes. Breakfast is in other place and is very small, you must buy additional dishes.

Beautiful place, great for families

the house is beautiful! the rooms are very big and well decorated. the beds and showers are great.

the floor wasn't clean enough and there is no air condition in the shared space.

It is a nice hotel if you just need a place to sleep and want to be out of the center of town.

The room was comfortable and the hotel is brightly colored and well decorated.

There is no restaurant. There is a kitchen in the common area if you want to cook for yourself. There are no other amenities, pool, tub, etc.
